Parent/Child Classes
Children jump, climb, tumble, and slide their way into fun! Children ages 12 months (walking) through four years of age work with parents and instructor to play games, sing songs, and use innovative movement education equipment to acquire confidence, coordination, and socialization skills. Dress children appropriately in sweats, shorts, t-shirt or leotard, bare feet, hair tied up, and no jewelry, please. There are four tumble tots classes offered this session:

Rollers (12-22 months)

Jumpers & Tumblers (23 mos. – 4 years)

Basketball Clinic
(Ages 5-7 yrs) Winter Session ONLY!
Run drills, learn plays, practice fundamentals, and play basketball with Coach Jim Leeper.

Jujitsu
(ages 6-14 yrs) 
A martial art designed for boys and girls age 6-14 years, emphasizing respect, self-esteem, self-control, and leadership. A sense of accomplishment is developed through safe instruction in a variety of throws, punches, kicks, and mat work.
Saturdays: 9:30 a.m.– 10:30 a.m.

Teen Open Basketball (13 – 17 years)
Time set aside just for teens to shoot hoops and have fun. FREE to all Youth & Youth Plus members.
Friday:   5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday:  7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Preteen Fitness
Pre-teens are welcome and encouraged to come to the Y to get/stay fit in the fitness center or weight training center.  Adult supervision or an orientation is required.  Please make an appointment for an orientation at the Member Service Desk.
Days & Times:
Monday through Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday  1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Teen Fitness

Teens 15 and over may use the fitness center & weight room at any time. Orientations are recommended; please contact the Member Service Desk to schedule an appointment. Contact Lynn Tomilowicz, Program Director, (914) 631-4807 ext. 20 for more information.

Adult Sports
ALL OF OUR ADULT SPORTS ARE FREE FOR MEMBERS ages 15 and up.

Adult Open Basketball - PLEASE NOTE:  DAYS/HOURS HAVE CHANGED SIGNIFICANTLY
Adult basketball is scheduled at a variety of times each week in the gymnasium. Members 18 years and over may use the gym during Open Adult Basketball. Information on basketball leagues and tournaments will be posted in the gymnasium.

Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday:  12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Friday:  12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  (Gym Schedule subject to change)

Racquetball, Handball and Squash
More great sports for teamwork, fitness and fun! Court time is available by reservation up to two days in advance by calling the Member Service Desk at (914) 631-4807. An adult must accompany children under 15. Eye protection and wrist cords are required for safety. Handballs and racquetballs may be purchased, and loaner racquets are available, at the Member Service Desk.  Contact Lynn Tomilowicz, Program Director for more information at (914) 631-4807 ext. 20.

Tae Kwon Do
A sophisticated, belt-oriented martial art program designed to teach self-awareness, confidence, physical fitness, and self-defense. Affiliated with the World Tae Kwon Do Association; this program progresses from beginner to advanced levels. Uniforms are not required for beginners, but students are encouraged to wear loose clothing.
Monday & Wednesday: 8:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Volleyball
Emphasis is on skills and development, as well as simply enjoying this YMCA-invented sport.
Sessions include open play.  Tournament play optional.
Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Massage - "When Life Takes It Out of You...Massage Puts It Back"
Indulge yourself in a 30 or 60 minute massage with our licensed Massage Therapist.  Schedule your massage, by appointment only, Mondays between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  For more information or to schedule a massage, contact Melissa Stern, L.M.T., American Massage Therapy Association member, at (914) 631-4807 ext. 32.
Please note, we require 24-hour advance notice for cancellation of massage appointments.
