Y Theatre Arts Studio

We build theatre by breaking boundaries between writers, actors, directors, designers, dancers and musicians, bringing them together to create authentic, innovative pieces for performance.

Y Theatre Arts Studio expands our programming from youth theatre at Washington Irving School, now in its 12th year, Summer Shakespeare and periodic Adult Staged Readings, to a full service, Community Theatre Arts Studio. Register at the Y Member Service Desk for exciting workshops and class offerings including Adventure Theatre, Improv, Teen Monologue, and more.  Current class offerings listed below.  For more information about Y Theatre Arts Studio, contact Barbara Turk, VP Marketing and Community Development 914.418.5562 or by email.
