DID YOU KNOW THAT THE Y OFFERS COMPETITIVE TRAINING?

Want to see if your child is ready for a competitive swimming? Why not sign them up for our COMPETITIVE TRAINING SWIM PROGRAM? This program is perfect for children ages 6-17 and provides a focus on developing and refining strokes, starts and turns and building endurance for those who are new to competitive swimming. Already participating in a competitive program, then our competitive training is great for maintaining endurance and skills until the summer leagues begin. The spring session is April 15 - June 28 (10 weeks) Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30-8:00 PM; participants must train 2x per week. No meets involved.
